A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.


Q2. WHAT ABOUT THE LEAD TIME?
A: Samples within 3~5 days, big order within 1-2 weeks.


Q3. DO YOU HAVE ANY MOQ FOR LED LIGHT ORDER?
A: NO MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available


Q4. HOW DO YOU SHIP THE GOODS AND WHAT IS THE ETA?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.
Air transport to airport is also optional.
Sea shipment is quite normal in mass production, the ETA is from 30~50 days.


Q5. IS IT POSSIBLE TO PRINT MY LOGO ON YOUR LED LIGHT HOUSING?
A: Yes, it is okay. We have two options. First option is screen printing your logo on the housing, no MOQ required. Second is die casting logo on  the houseing, MOQ 1000 pieces each item. There will be additional cost for both screen printing and die casting logo.

Q6: DO YOU OFFER GUARANTEE FOR THE PRODUCTS?
A: Yes, we offer 3-7 years warranty to our products.


Q7: HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH THE DEFECTIVE GOODS?
A: If occasionally defective goods, we will send you free replacement parts by air if urgent.
If not, we will send the replacement parts in your next order. If defective rate >1%, We will send you free replacement components like driver, SPD, PCB with leds. We will not cover the freight and maintaining cost in your country.
